Mojahed Al Sebae is a leading Corporate and Commercial Legal Consultant based in Dubai with a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years in commercial, corporate, real estate, Islamic finance, and litigation matters. Renowned for his expertise, he is a trusted advisor for both local and international clients, with a career distinguished by his strategic contributions and guidance to high-profile cases and projects.

 Mojahed has represented high-net-worth individuals and advised leading companies on complex and high-stake matters. His experience includes advising on major transactions, restructuring significant assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, and resolving sensitive disputes. Throughout his career, Mojahed has been sought after by government entities to review, comment on and draft various laws and regulations.

 Prior to founding Mojahed Al Sebae Legal Consultancy, Mojahed was a partner at one of the UAE’s leading law firms, and worked at one of the top international law firms in Dubai. His contributions to the legal field are also reflected by his speaking engagements and publications on various topics, including commercial contracts, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.

Mojahed has resided in the UAE since 1979 and holds an LLB from the University of Sharjah and an LLM from the University of Hertfordshire. He is fluent in both Arabic and English.
